⭐5 reasons to love T-Rex Restaurant⭐

This is a place we end up eating at during the majority of our Disney trips. It’s got great food, unparalleled ambience and a prime location snack in the center of Disney Springs. It is part of a chain of restaurant’s around the country. On Disney property it comes under the same banner as Rainforest Cafe and Yak & Yeti. Some may say it hasn’t got the best food. We disagree. Never have we had a bad meal here. So if you haven’t visited before, here are 5 reasons we think you should pay a visit.

⭐1⭐No park admission required. Being in Disney Springs means you can take a visit any time. No park admissions or park passes required.

⭐2⭐Amazing gift shop. As you expect with this type of restaurant the gift shop is pretty expansive. But one thing it does have is it’s own Build a Bear (Build a Dino in this instance) The only place in all of Disney World you will find this.

⭐3⭐Meteor Showers. As you make your way to your table you’ll go through different “lands” of the restaurant each with its own array of prehistoric creatures. And every once in a while they come alive! Moving and making noises as the sights and sounds of  meteor shower go on over head. You’ve got to experience this at least one time.

⭐4⭐Vast Menu. There is so much available here. You name it, they got it. And it’s pretty dam good. Infact the last tike we went. For a change I chose the massive starter platter to have as my main course (on the dining plan too!). You really can mix it up here and have just about anything you want.

⭐5⭐Dessert to die for!
They also have ab incredible array of desserts. They have my favourite Key Lime Pie which is my normal go to. But you must must must try at least one time the Chocolate Extinction (for 4 people) it comes with Chocolate fudge cake, ice cream, whipped topping, fudge and caramel sauce, Butterfinger® crumbs. Does that sound amazing or what?

This really is an amazing place to eat and have a good time. The kids will love it. You’ll have a blast. If however you wany a quiet, romantic meal…this isn’t the place for you.
