We’ve eaten ALOT of popcorn at Disney. And refill buckets are totally worth it. Seriously $2 per refill is amazing value. We’ve even taken buckets back from past trips and still got refills.

Things are a bit different right now, yes you can get refills but they will give you a paper bucket to fill yours.
